As we are all trapped in our houses quarantined due to Covid-19, I have to say that keeping fresh is easier said than done.
However we can still keep ourselves feeling energetic and fresh if we practice the right techniques. These 7 simple tips will definitely help you to feel fresher & get through your day.
1. Sleep for 7-8 hours every day.
It's the perfect way to recharge your batteries and regenerate your energy for the next day! Drink a cup of chamomile tea & put your phone away. I recommend you play a relaxing sleep music video on youtube to help you fall asleep.
2. Start your day with exercise.
3. Brush your teeth thoroughly at-least twice a day.
Spend 5 minutes of your bathroom time to cleanse your teeth, twice every day. A dirty mouth is a dirty feeling and so make sure you use mouthwash! Nobody wants to talk to someone with bad breath!
Breakfast is the first meal of the day and is the most important source of energy you need to feel fresh and ready to tackle the day. If you miss this then naturally, you're going to feel lethargic and lazy.

9. Have a laugh!
Take out a few moments from your busy schedule to entertain yourself and enjoy a good laugh. Laughter gives you an instant mood boost and instantly brightens up your moment. It also allows you to forget your stresses and reduces anxiety in that moment.
Try sharing a joke with your significant other, your co-worker or simply surf your mobile for a funny video, meme on a twitter. (Remember not to spend too much time doing this though.) Try it once in a while and watch the effect a bit of laughter can have on your mind and body.
10. Read & learn something new.
Learning new skills is a vital way of improving your body and soul. It helps you fight boredom, it helps you become a more interesting person and it can greatly improve your mental health. I advise you aim to read at-least 20 minutes everyday to help exercise your mind and open your mind to new ideas.
